Standard Member
  • Registration: Register an account at Sakewa’s online store or ask our in-store staff to help you register to become a Standard Member. Membership is permanent and free of charge.
  • Welcome reward: Receive 4,000 points upon registration, redeemable for HK$20.
  • Purchase points: Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent.
  • Birthday reward: Receive 10,000 points on your birthday, worth approximately HK$50.
  • Upgrade: Spend a total of HK$5,000 or more within 12 months to become a Gold Member, or HK$20,000 or more to become a Platinum Member.
Gold Member
  • Upgrade requirement: Spend a total of HK$5,000 or more within 12 months.
  • Membership term and renewal: Membership is valid for 12 months. Spend a total of HK$5,000 or more during the membership term to renew it for 12 months. If the renewal requirement is not met, your tier will be adjusted to Standard Member.
  • Purchase points: Earn 2 points for every HK$1 spent.
  • Birthday reward: Receive 40,000 points on your birthday, worth approximately HK$200.
Platinum Member
  • Upgrade requirement: Spend a total of HK$20,000 or more within 12 months.
  • Membership term and renewal: Membership is valid for 12 months. Spend a total of HK$20,000 or more during the membership term to renew it for 12 months. If the renewal requirement is not met, your tier will be adjusted to Gold Member.
  • Purchase points: Earn 3 points for every HK$1 spent.
  • Birthday reward: Receive 100,000 points on your birthday, worth approximately HK$500.
Membership Points Rules
  1. Sign in to your member account before checking out online, or provide your membership details to our staff when shopping in-store, to earn points.
  2. Points are calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts, excluding shipping. The portion paid with store credit does not earn points.
  3. Points earned on returned or refunded orders will be deducted.
  4. Every 200 points can be redeemed for HK$1. Redeem points at online checkout, or choose from eight in-store redemption amounts ranging from HK$10 to HK$500.
  5. If points have not been credited, keep your order receipt and contact customer service within 7 days of your purchase to request the missing points.
  6. Business and wholesale customer accounts are not eligible for this programme.
  7. Sakewa reserves the right to amend the membership programme and its terms at any time. The latest information published on this page applies. In the event of any dispute, Sakewa reserves the right of final decision.

How do I earn points?

How do I use points?

Every 200 points can be redeemed for HK$1. Choose to redeem points at online checkout, or choose from eight in-store redemption amounts ranging from HK$10 to HK$500.

How are membership tiers calculated?

Spend a total of HK$5,000 or more within 12 months to become a Gold Member, or HK$20,000 or more to become a Platinum Member. See “Membership Tiers” above for each tier’s benefits.

Is there a limit on points?

No. There is no limit on the points you can accumulate.

What do “Approved”, “Pending” and “Cancelled” mean?

Approved: The points have been credited and are ready to use.

Pending: The points are being verified and can be used once confirmed.

Cancelled: The points will not be credited to your account. For example, when an order is cancelled, its related pending points become cancelled.
