1. Shipping Details

Standard Delivery

• Order Total HK$600 or more: Free Shipping
• Order Total Below HK$600: $80 Shipping Fee

Same-Day Delivery

• Order Total HK$1,000 or more: Free Same-Day Delivery
• Order Total Below HK$1,000: $80 Same-Day Delivery Service Fee

*Each free shipping order includes one complimentary delivery. Additional deliveries for separate shipments will incur a $80 logistics fee.

2. Ice Packs and Insulation Bags

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, if your purchase includes refrigerated items, we will provide insulation bags for delivery. Depending on the situation, we may also include ice packs.

Please Note: Our ice packs are not for consumption. They can be reused if not damaged. Do not use if damaged.

3. Delivery Service Commitment

To maintain the quality of Japanese sake, Sakewa offers year-round chilled express delivery (except the first and second day of Chinese New Year).

Our team arranges professional cool-chain dispatch on business days — Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The standard delivery cut-off is 2:00 PM.

If you require same-day delivery, please confirm with our customer service first by leaving a note on your order or contacting us. The same-day cut-off is 5:00 PM. For same-day delivery fees, please refer to “Shipping Details” above.

*Delivery time slots are scheduled by the courier platform according to its routing for the day, so Sakewa cannot designate or guarantee an exact delivery time. Actual delivery time is affected by the delivery address, the courier platform’s order volume and capacity on the day, and traffic and weather conditions.

*If we are unable to dispatch on the same day due to product availability or other reasons, we will dispatch the order within three working days of receiving it.

4. Change of Delivery Address

We kindly request customers to provide the correct residential or business address and contact number when making a purchase to avoid delivery delays. If a customer provides an incorrect address during purchase, please contact us as soon as possible (see Section 8 for contact details).

5. Delivery Restrictions

All delivery services are limited to business and residential addresses. The criteria for determining business and residential addresses are based on the guidelines published by the courier company. If the delivery address is in an area not serviced by the courier company, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, and shipping fees may be adjusted accordingly.

*If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access and requires walking up stairs, customers are responsible for meeting the delivery downstairs.

6. Issues with Goods

Customers are requested to inspect the goods and quantities upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancies with the delivery receipt are found, please promptly take photos of the goods and contact us (see Section 8 for contact details).

7. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, location, public holidays, and traffic conditions. If any losses occur due to these factors and result in delayed delivery, Sakewa will not assume any legal responsibility or compensation.
