西酒造一直都是日本的Premium燒酎酒藏，同時更是最早提倡於燒酎中加入冰及梳打水的先驅。這款「完熟芋麴全量」芋燒酎釀法上也具獨特之處：採收完新鮮番薯後，把其靜置到熟透，如同我們平日所吃的香甜番薯，才用於釀酒。另外，酒藏不選用常見的米麴，卻反而把麴菌種入番薯中製成「芋麴」，令番薯的香氣更強烈，酒迷們絕對值得一試！

酒藏介紹

創業於1845年的「西酒造株式會社」位於鹿兒島，是以釀造燒酎而聞名的老牌酒造。第八代社長西陽一郎先生是釀造「十四代」的杜氏高木顯統先生的後輩，為了想釀造出理想中的清酒，在高木先生的指導下引入了先進的機械，經過不斷鑽研和嘗試後，於2020年夏天，推出了銘柄「天賦」系列。與前輩所釀造的「十四代」一樣走華麗風格，作品優雅怡人的吟釀香氣，富透明度的口感和出色的平衡感，令銘柄一躍成為了鹿兒島SAKETIME排名的第一位。
