Nikka由「日本威士忌之父」竹鶴政孝於1934年創立，而這款威士忌融合了余市與宮城峽蒸餾所的單一麥芽與穀物威士忌，經高度機密的調配比例而成，能感受到余市威士忌濃郁的煙燻風味之餘，亦有宮城峽的輕盈花果香，加上51.4%的酒精濃度，絕對是喜歡濃郁風味酒迷的好選擇。
