Daishichi Sake Brewery was founded in 1752 in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima. Famous for its 100% kimoto brewing and ultra-flat rice polishing, toji Takanobu Sato was awarded the title of Modern Master Craftsman in 2016. The brewery believes sake enhances food and food elevates sake to form a perfect marriage. The result is rich, layered sakes with full body and long, elegant finish, ideally suited with meals.
