About the brewery

Nakano Shuzo was founded in 1874 in Oita Prefecture. Its brand Chiebijin is named after the brewery’s first female owner, Chie. Using pristine subflow water from Rokugo Mansan, which has won three consecutive Grand Gold Awards at Monde Selection, the sakes deliver sweet fruit-like ginjo aroma and a light, elegant texture. Not only perfect with Japanese, but also pair very well with French or Italian cuisine. The sake won multiple awards in Kura Master, and is especially popular for female.
