About the brewery
Daishinshu Sake Brewery was founded in 1888 in Matsumoto, nestled among the Northern Alps. It brews with pure snowmelt water from the mountains and uses contracted Hitogokochi and Kinmon Nishiki rice, all polished in-house. Every sake remains unfiltered and is cold-stored in the bottle, delivering elegant apple aroma with beautifully balanced finish. These qualities have made it a firm favourite for pairing with meals.
