About the brewery

Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori City, produces the popular Denshu from 1974. The name "Denshu" literally evokes rice fields for brewing sake, embracing handmade purity without added alcohol or sugars. Aiming to return to sake's origins and craft distinctive true Japanese sake, it embodies an essential belief in becoming Aomori's top brand.
