About the brewery

Dewazakura Sake brewery, founded in 1892 in Yamagata Prefecture's Tendo, pioneered the ginjo sake revolution. The brewery adopts "Making premium quality accessible" since the 1980s by using premium local rice and pristine water. Dewazakura also leads with ice-temperature maturation, preserving vibrant ginjo fruit aromas during optimal aging. Its rigorous low-temperature control crafts sakes brimming with pear-like juicy sweetness and harmonious acidity. Two-time IWC Champion, its excellence is undeniable.
