About the brewery
Nanyo Jozo was founded in 1860 in Saitama Prefecture, brewing with soft water from Tonegawa River. Its flagship Hanaabi draws inspiration from flowers bathed in sunlight, capturing a gentle, refreshing elegance. Every bottle bursts with pineapple, tropical fruit and honeyed sweetness, perfectly balanced by bright acidity. The juicy, vibrant mouthfeel has made it one of Japan’s most sought-after and hardest-to-find sakes to this day.
