西酒造一直都是日本的Premium燒酎酒藏，同時更是最早提倡於燒酎中加入冰及梳打水的先驅。這款燒酎則選用紫薯品種「綾紫」，由於紫薯擁有大量花青素，令酒色略紫之餘，更帶有濃厚的風味。此外，酒藏不選用常見的米麴，卻反而把麴菌種入番薯中製成「芋麴」，令番薯的香氣更強烈，難怪能夠獲得IWSC 2018 Spirits部門的最高金賞！

聞香有別一般常喝到的芋燒酎，有著櫻桃、藍莓與紫薯的華麗香氣，不但香氣充滿紅酒感，連口感都帶有紅酒獨特的單寧感，但是收結卻乾爽暢快，不帶一點雜味。適合常溫淨飲，同時非常建議溫熱到40-50度，或是加冰享用。建議配日式牛燒肉或巧克力為最佳。

酒藏介紹

創業於1845年的「西酒造株式會社」位於鹿兒島，是以釀造燒酎而聞名的老牌酒造。第八代社長西陽一郎先生是釀造「十四代」的杜氏高木顯統先生的後輩，為了想釀造出理想中的清酒，在高木先生的指導下引入了先進的機械，經過不斷鑽研和嘗試後，於2020年夏天，推出了銘柄「天賦」系列。與前輩所釀造的「十四代」一樣走華麗風格，作品優雅怡人的吟釀香氣，富透明度的口感和出色的平衡感，令銘柄一躍成為了鹿兒島SAKETIME排名的第一位。
