About the brewery
Kamonishiki Shuzo carries more than a century of proud history in Niigata Prefecture, known as Japan’s sake kingdom. Brewmaster Tanaka Yuichi San created the fresh new-wave series Kamonishiki and holds the No.1 spot on SAKETIME in Niigata. The series seeks a crisp yet gentle balance, while sweet aromas are softly restrained. This careful approach explains why it has become such a loved mealtime sake amongst ginjo sake fans.
