Kankiku Shuzo, founded in 1883 in Chiba, nestles in Kujukuri Beach with just steps from the Pacific Ocean. The brewery pursues ultimate freshness, dispatching most brews as unfiltered namazake genshu. Kankiku bursts with juicy fruit aromas and gentle effervescence, delighting the palate. Their Ocean 99 and Discovery series blend seaside terroir with modern label designs, beautifully capturing the uniqueness of each season. A rising star that amazes young sake enthusiasts.
