味道：香氣沈穩，入口清甜，乳酸感適中，熱飲米味濃郁，冷飲口感清爽
配搭：適合冷飲配搭海鮮、刺身或熱燗至35度左右配搭串燒、炸物等一同享用

「Alpha 5」的釀造主題為「燗酒の探求」，是一款以10年的古酒代替釀造用水、特別為熱燗飲用而推出的「貴釀酒」酒款，因此十分適合在秋冬時節品嚐。為了可讓品飲者在何時何地都能品嚐到清酒的最佳風味，酒造在酒瓶上附加了感溫貼紙，當清酒的溫度提升至約攝氏35度時，貼紙便會變為粉紅色，就算沒有溫度計都可享受燗酒的樂趣，做法非常貼心。

開瓶散發著沈穩的吟釀香氣，入口甘甜帶適中的乳酸感，冷飲時餘韻清爽，熱燗後，「秋津穗」的米旨味則更加突出，餘韻變得細緻輕盈，整體味道層次感亦變得更複雜。冷飲時適合配搭海鮮、刺身，熱燗至35度左右的話，可與串燒、炸物等一同享用。
