About the brewery
Kanbai Shuzo was founded in 1918 in Miyagi Prefecture. Its flagship Miyakanbai ranks among the top 10 sakes in Japan on SAKETIME. Every bottle uses only estate-grown or premium Miyagi grown rice and is carefully stored at -5°C. It has won international fans with its generous fruit aroma and crisp, refreshing finish since 2000s. A regular gold medalist at Sake Competition, it remains a true favourite among sake lovers.
