About the brewery
Nagai Shuzo was founded in 1886 in Gunma Prefecture. Owner Shozo Nagai began brewing with premium subflow from Mount Hotaka and local Yamada Nishiki, Yukihotaka and Gohyakumangoku. Its flagship Mizubasho offers a soft, elegant mouthfeel with distinctive mineral notes, making it a favourite mealtime sake for enthusiasts.
