酒藏介紹

位於群馬縣的「永井酒造」創立於1886年，創辦人永井庄治先生因為深愛著當地的水質，開始了酒造事業。自創立以來，便致力於以來自武尊山的優質伏流水來釀造清酒，並使用當地栽培的「山田錦」、「雪ほたか」、「五百万石」等酒米為主要原料。酒造的代表銘柄「水芭蕉」因口感柔和且帶有獨特的礦物質風味，成為了不少酒迷的餐中酒之選。
