燒酎中存在「3M」三大龍頭的稱號，即「森伊藏」、「魔王」及「村尾」，而森伊藏作為3M之首，更享有「夢幻燒酎」的美譽。這款「森伊藏金標芋燒酎」釀製過程一絲不苟，採用有機「黃金千貫」番薯，搭配福井縣產「越光米」與白麴仕込，置於備前燒甕壺發酵。這些明治時代燒製的備前陶甕具天然氣孔，允許酒液緩慢呼吸，提升風味層次。發酵後進行減壓蒸餾，再於陶甕中短暫熟成幾個月，令味道層次進一步昇華。
