About the brewery
Echigozakura Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture, was founded in 1890. In 2009 the brewery was fully rebuilt to produce Daiginjo massly. Its flagship daiginjo is made for everyday drinking, with elegant aromas and a soft umami that never weighs the table down.
