這款「二兔雄町五十五發泡酒」是酒藏每年出荷1次的作品，專門適合於春夏炎熱的天氣下享用，為了帶來更清爽的感覺。此酒採用了類近香檳的「瓶內二次發酵」技術，令氣泡感既充足又綿密。酒藏亦選用擅長的雄町作酒米，而一般有汽清酒都較少使用雄町米，大家不要錯過發泡雄町酒帶來的衝擊。

開瓶時氣泡感已非常充足，因此要緩慢而小心地開瓶避免噴出。入口散發柑橘、檸檬、熱情果般的香氣，氣泡感綿密細緻，也因此口感非常清爽，同時還能感受米飯香，收結帶有微澀，卻因此令酒感不那麼甜膩。適合5-10度冷飲，官方建議配搭番薯、煙燻鴨肉等料理，大家也可試著跟其他煙燻菜式與口感軟糯的菜式搭配。
