About the brewery

Maruishi Jozo, maker of the popular Nito, began in 1690 in Aichi Prefecture. Its sakes prioritize balance in sweetness, aroma, and acidity. Drawing from the proverb about "Chasing two rabbits and catching none", it focuses solely on perfecting sake.
