Brewery Introduction
Founded in 1872 in Shimane Prefecture, Ouroku Sake Brewery is a mini brewery with only about 60,000 litres annually.  It maintains strict temperature management and has no direct sales outlets. As a result, Ouroku is available only through about 30 selected retailers in Japan, making it one of the most exclusive sakes. Every Ouroku is unfiltered, undiluted and matured for at least one year to develop rich silky texture, deep rice umami and clean finish. A brand that is hard to come by.
