此清酒是「龍勢」-「LIMITED SERIES」的作品。以傳統「生酛」法釀製，酒藏將「山田錦」比喻為可靠的萬能優等生。希望「無論什麼心情的日子享用也可靠地成為微笑的源頭」便是「藤井酒造」寄予此清酒(【日々綽々】)的意思。作品散發出新鮮香蕉般的清爽吟釀香，入口微甜，口感順滑有透明感，「山田錦」獨有的纖細旨味和酸味平衡，餘韻深長。冷飲適合配搭刺身、壽司、魚類或常溫與鹽味料理享用！

LIMITED SERIES

龍勢的限定酒系列，只以四種酒米釀造(「八反錦」、「八反35號」、「山田錦」、「雄町」)，亦只採用傳統的「生酛製法」。系列出品味道均有豐富的個性，十分適合作餐中酒，酒樽上都會標明釀造的年份。

生酛製法

「生酛」是目前釀造酒母最古老的方式，釀造流程難掌控，相比於現時流行的「速釀法」需多兩倍時間。因為是在天然環境下孕育，除了更能品嚐到當地的風味之外，隨著每年氣候的變化，釀造出的作品味道都會有所改變，可以說是【一期一會】的味道！

酒藏介紹

「藤井酒造」創業於江戶時代末期文久三年（1863年），至今已有約150年歷史，「龍勢」為其創業銘柄，只釀造純米酒，【純米酒以外的「龍勢」不是「龍勢」】是銘柄的核心價值。此銘柄的作品更曾獲頒日本全國第一屆清酒品評會第一名的榮耀。
