Ichinoya nestles in Nagano's Shinano Omachi within the Northern Alps, with the brand name Ryuseisen. The brewery uses snowmelt water across 8 nearby water sources with distinct mineral profiles. It either selects or blends these waters to match each sake's style, yielding richly diverse tones. Ryuseisen masters kimoto methods, infusing endless variations and fresh allure into its brews.
