About the brand
Shinobu in Japanese symbolizes perseverance, reflecting the enduring samurai spirit. It signifies that whisky requires time, patience, and unwavering dedication. Affiliated with Niigata Beer Co., Shinobu Distillery obtained its whisky production license in 2017. Since then, it has matured its spirits in precious mizunara oak barrels with Niigata's superior water.
