About the brewery
Suigei Brewing was founded in 1872 in Kochi. Renowned for its rich yet dry style, it crafts full-bodied sakes with refreshing finish. This makes them an ideal companion for both Tosa’s famous seafood and mountain delicacies as well as Western cuisine. With the mission of "bringing Suigei to dining tables worldwide", it has been actively promoting Japanese sake culture and has won multiple gold medals at Monde Selection and the Annual Japan Sake Awards.
