「貴」是百年酒造「永山本家酒造場」的旗下銘柄之一。酒藏將此酒款命名為「DOMAINE」，寄予將酒造自家的獨特風格以高品質的姿態呈現。此酒雖然果香比較低調，但富有溫和的「山田錦」米旨味，尾韻有如烘烤果仁般的礦物質感，整體味道平衡，十分適合冷飲，配搭上魚類或鹽味料理，如灸燒壽司等享用則非常合適！

酒藏介紹

「永山本家酒造場」創業於明治21年(1888年)，已有上百年的釀造歷史，旗下銘柄「貴」於2003年，即當時只販賣了一年，便被雜誌【dancyu】選為隱世地方名酒部門的第一位。在第5代傳人【永山貴博】先生深受法國葡萄酒釀造對原料的執著所影響之下，酒造施行「夏天種米，冬天釀酒」的方案，全部作品均只選用100%自社裁培的酒造好適米來釀造且低精米(精米步合80%以上)。因為釀造的水源自「厚東川」，是山口縣少有富含礦物質，110mg/L的中硬水，作品不但更有透明感，更能發揮出酒米原有的米旨味。每款作品都盡顯自家風味，是餐中配搭的佳釀!
