The Dalmore 大摩座落於蘇格蘭高地，一向有「老酒銀行」的美稱，也是最早推出高年份威士忌的先導者，因此這款「The Dalmore 18 YEARS 單一麥芽威士忌」堪稱大摩的經典作品，完美地反映了The Dalmore威士忌的風格。The Dalmore酒廠的蒸餾器是蘇格蘭高地區最古老的，具有獨特的平坦頂部設計，能使得酒液更加厚實。其後，威士忌原酒放到美國白橡木Ex-Bourbon桶中熟成14年，為基底注入巧克力、橙皮、蜜糖與香草風味，其後再轉移到30年以上的Matusalem Oloroso雪莉酒橡木桶陳年4年，為酒液增添了複雜的風味層次。

作品聞香帶來充沛的香草、橙皮朱古力及英式果醬香氣，入口時能感受到濃郁的黑朱古力、深烘咖啡、肉豆蔻及香料等風味，餘韻則感受到經過燉煮的水果與拖肥糖的甜美，層次豐富，建議常溫享用。此酒非常適合於晚餐後單飲，或是搭配甜點等。
