About the brewery
Yukitsubaki Shuzo, founded in 1806 in Niigata Prefecture, names its brand after the Niigata's symbolic snow camellia flower. It focuses on only high-quality junmai style sakes since 2011. By balancing traditional handcrafting with modern technique, it developed "Yukitsubaki yeast" for its brews to create a refreshing citrus-like aroma, making it a perfect table sake.
