酒藏介紹

「勝山酒造」創業於元祿年間(即西元1688 - 1704年)，已有超過300年的釀造歷史，亦是現僅存在宮城縣仙台市的唯一一家酒造。為了追求極上的品質，酒造每星期只會釀製一缸清酒，使藏人可以專心管理且能釀造出品質最好的清酒。「勝山」的作品均以「泉ヶ岳」的軟水釀造，酒質圓潤易入口，米旨味豐富，是佐餐清酒的好選擇。
