About the brewery

Kyohime Shuzo was founded in 1918 iin historic Kyoto's Fushimi area. By using Fushimi's famous low-iron underground water, it plays a key role for koji making and yeast fermentation. Its flagship Takumi offers gorgeous aromas and unique flavors, making it a fan-favorite sake since launch.
