Famous for its 100% kimoto brewing and ultra-flat rice polishing, toji Takanobu Sato was awarded the title of Modern Master Craftsman in 2016. The brewery believes sake enhances food and food elevates sake to form a perfect marriage. The result is rich, layered sakes with full body and long, elegant finish, ideally suited with meals. Daishichi's legendary aged Myoka Rangyoku sells out instantly every year and remains a dream sake for collectors.
