酒藏介紹

大七酒造成立於1752年（寶曆二年），位於福島縣二本松市，以全量生酛造酒及超扁平精米技術聞名，杜氏佐藤孝信更於2016年獲頒「現代之名工」榮譽稱號。大七認為清酒能讓料理更加美味，而料理也會使大七的清酒更加香醇，這才是清酒與料理間的關係。所以他們的清酒味道層次豐富，口感濃郁醇厚，餘韻悠長，非常適合與料理配搭。當中最著名的清酒如「妙花䦨曲」等，每年甫推出便備受飲家搶購，是熟成清酒中的夢幻逸品。
