「Le Pianette」由意大利葡萄酒品牌「Fattoria Fibbiano 富比朗豪」釀造，是少有能與中式菜餚搭配的葡萄酒款。作品混合了70%的「Sangiovese」及30%的「Colorino」兩種葡萄釀造，為保留土地的特質，採摘過程100%以手工操作，而釀造的過程亦相當複雜。首先經過輕柔去梗和壓榨再放入不鏽鋼罐中進行發酵，僅這過程便用上約十天的時間，接著將酒轉移至水泥罐熟成4個月，再於斯拉夫尼亞橡木桶 (Slavonian wooden barrels) 中陳釀12個月，最後再瓶陳4個月，如此精細的過程成就了葡萄酒豐富的風味與複雜的層次感，絕對值得一試。作品呈現出迷人的寶石紅色，有著辛香料和水果的香氣，口感溫暖飽滿，單寧絲滑柔順，結構強韌卻不失優雅，適中的酸度帶來恰到好處的平衡感，餘韻悠長而圓潤，讓人每一口都能感受到自然的風土魅力。適合搭配意粉、Pizza等不同的意式菜餚，亦可與豉椒排骨、乾炒牛河等中式小炒一同享用，是一款不論是在正式聚餐還是日常餐桌上飲用均相當合適的美酒佳釀。
