This highly anticipated winter limited Junmai Nigori Sake from the 'Ohmine 3 Grain' series of Yamaguchi Prefecture features an iconic 'Yukionna' label. With no disclosed milling rate, the '3 grain' label ensures a quality akin to Junmai Ginjo. The 'Yukionna' artwork, a collaboration with 'Tanaka Misaki', should not be missed by collectors! Opens with an enchanting white peach aroma, a sweet and slightly fizzy mouthfeel, and a long, delicate finish. Suitable for both cold and warm enjoyment.

About the Brewery
'Ohmine Shuzo' from Yamaguchi Prefecture uses the finest local 'Benten Water' for brewing. The minimalist black and white bottles, designed by 'Stockholm Design Lab', replace traditional calligraphy with a 'rice grain' silhouette. The opaque glass prevents sake deterioration, with the label's rice grains indicating different grades of sake.
