要數最具名氣的日本葡萄酒，肯定是使用山梨縣甲州葡萄釀製的「木村白酒」了！在木村拓哉所主演的《Grand Maison 東京》（譯：摘星廚神）劇集中，巧妙地刻畫了米芝蓮星級餐廳的食材規格、技術和服務，當中亦包括食物和葡萄酒的搭配，而以日本產的白葡萄酒作為主角的第9集中被提及的那瓶葡萄酒，據說便是出自此「甲州 Grace Wine」。「Grace Rosé」起源於2008年，當時釀酒師三澤彩奈希望在日本創造一款具結構感的乾型玫瑰酒，從而誕生了這款出色的作品。「甲州 Grace Wine」的所有酒款所採用的葡萄均來自山梨縣明野町的「三澤葡萄園」，此葡萄園採用無農藥與無化肥的自然耕作方式，因此葡萄本身能充分展現當地火山灰土壤的特質。釀造「Grace Rosé」所採用的葡萄每年都會根據年份去調整品種的比例，主要以「Cabernet Sauvignon」、「Merlot」、「Cabernet Franc」及「Petit Verdot」四種葡萄為原料，釀造過程中，分別以「Direct Press」與「Saignée method」方式處理後，便將酒置於法國舊橡木桶中熟成，不單兼備層次感與優雅的平衡口感，更能展現當地風土的獨特魅力，絕對是值得一試的佳釀。酒液有著明亮的Bright salmon色調，注入杯中時，首先撲鼻而來的是蔓越莓和櫻桃等清新的果香，隨後伴隨迷迭香等花草氣息。入口後，複雜的香料層次在口腔中延展，葡萄的風味與活潑的酸度交織，並帶來深邃的悠長餘韻，整體層次複雜，味道表現出色。推薦冷飲配搭日式炸物、烤魚或蔬菜沙律等清淡但有層次的料理一同享用。
