羽根屋的冷卸酒自冬天釀造以來，一直於藏內熟成到8月，但為了保留適當的果香及輕快的酒體，酒藏使用了果香豐富的「金澤酵母」，配合最優質的「富山產五百万石」，確保清酒輕鬆易飲。以冷卸酒規格評比，此作酸甜與米旨完美平衡，頭段更保留了輕微果香，不但適合熟成酒的初心者，喜愛秋酒的飲家也絕對不能錯過！

創業於1916年的「富美菊酒造」位於被喻為「名水寶庫」的富山縣，只是縣內便擁有4個被指定為「名水百選」的湧泉，釀造水源高品質不在話下，酒造十分著重清酒的品質，為了讓作品呈現最好的質素，全部出品均只採用味道和口感最優良的「中取り」部份，更加採用繁複且需要藏人們24小時輪流照顧的「箱麴、蓋麴」方式進行麴的釀造，可謂每一支作品都是藏人們的心血結晶。
