Description

味道：柔和的銀杏香氣和和諧的口感，果味及米味都很濃郁。

羽根屋新商品 - 季節限定秋酒。

羽根屋所釀造的季節限定秋酒，在冬天開始釀造，在夏天入樽熟成。值得一提的是羽根屋所出產的清酒都是「中取り」，意思為在製酒過程中，將榨酒最初和最後段的液體去除，只取中段最清澈部分，可見其珍貴程度。

酒造採用了富山縣產五百萬石及金澤市的酵母來釀造此酒，精米步合為60%。有著柔和的銀杏香氣，入口時的果味及米味都很濃郁，有著平衡的甜、酸及旨味，用來配搭魚生、海鮮和壽司品嚐會非常適合。

「冷（ひや）」在日文是常溫的意思，「卸（おろし）」就是下貨、出貨的意思。

一般酒造會在春天釀造完成，留下一批酒經過加熱殺菌後(抑制微生物再活動)，進行貯藏熟成。經過炎夏、來到微帶寒意的秋天，當酒造內外的氣溫差不多，酒也經過半年熟成的時後，不再經過第二次加熱殺菌，直接裝瓶出貨。於是誕生了帶有些許新鮮感，同時經過半年熟成，酒體變得更加圓潤富有深度的冷卸酒，亦因為在秋天出貨所以被稱為「秋酒」。
