About the brewery
Fumigiku Shuzo was established in 1916 in Toyama Prefecture, a true treasure house of famous waters. The area holds four springs chosen in Japan’s top 100, resulting in superb brewing water. The brewery focuses completely on excellence, using only the best middle portion of sake for every bottle. In order to master the quality, the box-koji and lid-koji methods cost 24-hour care from the brewing team, making it the heartfelt work of brewers.
