Kiyasho Syuzo is based in Mie Prefecture from 1818. Locals knew it for "Takasago" until 2005, the 6th owner Onishi Tadakatsu San launched Jikon. The sakes show crystal clarity, with elegant ginjo aromas shining through and a texture that feels soft and smooth. One sip creates a lasting memory and a clean balanced finish lingers.
