About the brewery
Kameizumi Shuzo was founded in 1897 in Tosa, Kochi. The brewery widely uses local Kochi rice varieties such as Kazenariko and Gin no Yume, along with native Kochi yeasts. Kameizumi bestseller "CEL-24" bursts with vibrant apple and pineapple aromas from rich malic acid, while CEL-19 offers perfect sweet-dry balance as an outstanding mealtime sake. A longtime favourite among enthusiasts.
