由年輕的日本威士忌品牌「嘉之助」釀造的「Hioki Pot Still」是品牌的經典酒款之一。自推出以來便在國際間大放異彩，同時榮獲2024年的「International Spirits Challenge」金賞與「World Spirits Competition」金賞，亦在「New York International Spirits Competion」獲得高達95分的極高評價，取得競賽金賞，足以證明其卓越的品質與出色的表現。「Hioki Pot Still」混合了麥芽與大麥，配合酒莊的獨特糖化技術，於單式蒸留器發酵而成，釀製後再將酒置於美國白橡木與波本桶內熟成，打造出多層次的口感與香氣。酒液色澤呈現誘人的清澈琥珀棕色，香氣層次豐富，帶有杏桃、柑橘與奶油餅乾的迷人氣息。入口後充滿橙皮醬、香草與杏仁的豐富風味，餘韻中隱約帶有肉桂與乾薑的辛香，細膩甜韻餘味不絕。適合單獨品嚐，或配搭帶水果風味的肉類或甜點等一同享用。

「嘉之助蒸餾所」自2017年開始營運，位於鹿兒島縣西岸，其母公司「小正醸造」創立於1883年，以製作燒酎聞名，釀造出的作品至今深受消費者喜愛。以第二代釀造師小正嘉之助命名的「嘉之助蒸餾所」酒莊不僅具備完整的蒸餾設備，還設有觀景酒吧與販售原創商品的商店，讓訪客能近距離體驗威士忌的製作過程。酒莊的最大特色在於擁有三座不同形狀與角度的蒸餾器，透過不同方式的再蒸餾與混合，創造出層次豐富、風味多樣的威士忌，不單承襲了品牌的歷史與創新精神，亦結合在地特質與匠人的熱情，持續創造出柔順且風味豐富的日本威士忌，絕對是值得更多人認識與品嚐的年輕日本威士忌品牌之一。
