About the brewery
Banjo Shuzo, founded in 1789 in Aichi Prefecture, produces Kamoshibito Kuheiji, the top-ranked brand on SAKETIME in the area. Its sakes aim for perfect match with French cuisine. By achieving this, it owns rice fields in Kurodasho in Hyogo—a rare feat shared by only around 10 breweries in Japan. The final product shines with superior quality and is widely adopted by Michelin three-star restaurants in France.
