美濃天狗的祐讀音為「You」，有with you與for you的美意，正如此酒一樣，最適合與身邊重要的人共度良辰。此酒不以傳統黃麴釀造，卻採用燒酎常用的白麹釀造，釋放出更多的檸檬酸，帶來了獨特的甜酸平衡，使酒款展現出如白葡萄酒般清新果香的風格，最適合炎熱的夏日飲用。

林酒造「美濃天狗」位於岐阜縣可兒市東側羽崎的山間，是不折不扣的岐阜地酒品牌。酒米除山田錦外，全部皆來自岐阜縣，配合當地天狗山下的井水、杜氏、氣候，釀出酒體濃醇而旨味豐富，最具岐阜地區特色的日本酒。

岐阜四面環山，以飛驒牛、朴葉味噌等食材聞名，因此有別於日本沿海地區，當地人的口味亦與香港人一樣較為濃郁。美濃天狗作為岐阜的食中酒，配合滷水、醬油類型的菜式，更可說是絕配，大家不妨一試。
