酒藏介紹

創業於1948年的「村祐酒造株式会社」位於新潟市小須戸，是當地排名第三位的人氣酒造，與傳統新潟清酒「淡麗辛口」的風格相反，作品更傾向香甜濃郁，甘酸平衡。三代社長村山健輔先生不但非常著重原料及清酒品質，更大膽一改傳統，仿傚德國葡萄酒的等級制度，以原料、甜度和釀造方法去分別等級。另外，酒造為了讓品飲者可以在不被太多資訊左右(如米種、精米步合度等)的情況下享受到釀酒師想呈現的味道和口感，所有作品的酒標上除了基本資料之外一切非公開。
