About the brewery

Niida Honke was founded in 1711 in the suburbs of Koriyama, Fukushima. A giant barrel proudly displays "natural sake" right at the brewery's entrance. Niida believes sake must benefit health. To achieve this, it practices natural farming with no pesticides and chemicals while using only organic rice. Every release is 100% kimoto, crafted with its own natural yeast. The sake delivers perfect sweet-acidic balance, rich depth and silky texture. It boasts superb aging potential and delights serious sake lovers as a top natural sake.
