福島縣郡山市郊的「仁井田本家」於1711年創立，酒藏門口擺放了「自然酒」三個字的大酒桶作為招牌。酒造秉持著「酒必須對健康有益」的信念，堅持無農藥化肥、無化學劑的自然釀酒概念，採用自然栽培的有機種植酒米，所釀造的作品不但100%採用「生酛」技法，更只使用自社培養的天然酵母。作品甘酸平衡，味道豐富而口感醇厚，有著極佳陳年潛力，是極受進階飲家歡迎的自然酒銘柄。
