About the brewery

Ohmine Shuzo in Yamaguchi closed in 1955 before its revival in 2010, under owner Takeshi Akiyama, a former Stussy designer. He pursued an international palate, creating sleek rice-grain sketch labels and light, fruit-forward sakes that pair effortlessly with Western cuisine. Its signature "3grain" series now reaches dozens of markets worldwide and appears on menus at Michelin three-star restaurants.
