Brewery Introduction
Hiroki Shuzo traces its roots to the late Edo period with the brand Sengawa. Current owner Hiroki Kenji took the helm in 1999 and launched Hiroki, which means 'Sweet dew that lets joy fly'.  After launching, Hiroki quickly swept across Japan with its perfect balance of rich fruity sweetness, acidity and umami. Hiroki Daiginjo were even served at the prime minister’s banquet for Emperor Naruhito’s enthronement.
