酒藏介紹

「廣木酒造」創立於江戶後期，是一家擁有數百年釀造歷史的酒造。釀造初期以銘柄「泉川」為主要釀造的清酒系列。由現任社長廣木健司先生承接後，於1999年推出風靡日本清酒界的人氣銘柄「飛露喜」，作品以甘、酸、旨三味平衡為業界所認識，取名「飛露喜」有「讓喜悅飛揚的甘露」的喻意。「飛露喜」的作品果香濃鬱且口感柔軟，其中更有作品曾被選為日本德仁天皇即位首相晚宴使用酒，是時至今天仍然為世人所追捧的著名清酒之一。
