「小林酒造」創業於1872年，旗下最廣為人知的銘柄「鳳凰美田」所出品的清酒酒款都有豐盈口感、濃郁的吟釀香氣和飽滿的米旨味。雖然曾面臨倒閉，但經過第五代小林正樹先生和妻子真由美小姐，加上一眾有實力的藏人們一番努力後，近年終於成為受世界所關注、栃木縣引以為傲的酒造之一。
