清酒之王「十四代」的「播州山田錦上諸白」使用兵庫特 A 級播州山田錦釀造，其精米步合為45%，而「中取り」則為在其製酒過程中，將榨酒最初和最後段的液體去除，只取中段最清澈部分。入口時有著輕快的口感，亦有豐富的果香，例如青蘋果、白桃等，輕微的甘口感令其有著俐落的風格，而尾段則較為優雅，很適合與海鮮如貝類和刺身配搭品嚐。

酒藏介紹

釀造「十四代」的高木酒造創立於1615年，有超過400年歷史，是山形縣最古老的酒造。因其絕不量產，釀造高質素，所以「十四代」長期佔據全國清酒排行榜第一的位置，亦被譽為是「清酒之王」。
